SEMA SHOW 2007 (31 images)

LAS VEGAS, NV -- The 2007 SEMA Show was held October 30th to November 2nd at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Over 100,000 professionals roamed the exhibit halls not only seeing exciting new and specialty cars, but also learning about the new automotive performance and accessory products available. On display were classic vintage cars, mobile electronics, motorsports racing and performance products, engine tuning products, tires & wheels, and of course, the latest and greatest automobiles from the major car companies. One of this year's sponsors, Hot Wheels, celebrated its 40th anniversary with one of the more popular exhibits at the show.

On Tuesday, October 30th, the New Product Awards Breakfast took place at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel. Among the winners was Go Rhino! Products Step-N-Tow which won two awards (Best New Exterior Accessory Product and Best New Pickup/Van/SUV Product). Then on Wednesday, October 31st, the popular NHRA Breakfast was held at the Hilton. This year's panel included Larry Dixon, Andrew Hines, Tony Pedregon, and Jeg Coughlin. They spoke about the current state of the sport and took questions from the audience.

Back at the Convention Center, there were a number of celebrities who joined in the festivities at the exhibits halls. Former Dallas Cowboys head coach Barry Switzer and Danica Patrick were at the XM Radio Booth respectively on Tuesday and Wednesday. Formula D Drifting Driver Vaughn Gittin Jr. was there to meet and greet the fans. And Ken Nomura, Drifting Driver from Japan, autographed posters almost non-stop for the crowd. At the Fanmats booth, two Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders signed photos and posed for pictures.
